I find that one of the most difficult things to do is to dispassionately evaluate my own work, performance, or often the lack of it.

The happy part about this is that client/customer appreciation is based on their perspective and experience with your service.

The client gets his fill and hopefully better service if this wasn’t the experience. This is a win-win scenario.
