🎯 Job Responsibilities: 

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving business growth by identifying and creating new sales opportunities. 

🔹 Prospecting: Research and identify key decision-makers in target companies.
🔹 Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to engage potential clients.
🔹 Qualification: Assess prospects’ needs to ensure they are a fit for Consltek’s services.
🔹 Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
🔹 Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies.
🔹 CRM Management: Track all communications and leads in the CRM system (HubSpot). 

 

🧩 Key Skills: 

🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Tech-savvy with an interest in IT Services/ Technology selling.
🔹 Self-motivated and goal-oriented
🔹 Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into leads
🔹 Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus 

 

🎓 Qualifications: 

📌 Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
📌 Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role (preferred)
📌 Soft Skills: Adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving, and active listening
