Job Summary:
The Senior Meraki and ClearPass Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and
supporting the network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco Meraki and Aruba ClearPass. The role
includes network design, implementation, Python coding, security, and performance monitoring to
ensure the availability and efficiency of IT services across the organization. The ideal candidate will have
deep experience in Python script, network security, access control, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meraki Network Administration:
o Manage and configure Cisco Meraki network devices (switches, firewalls, APs, routers).
o Monitor, troubleshoot, and opƟmize the performance of Meraki-based wired and
wireless networks.
o Manage and troubleshoot connecƟvity issues, performance boƩlenecks, and wireless
coverage gaps.
o Deploy and maintain security policies across Meraki devices, including firewalls, content
filtering, and traffic shaping using python script
o Deploy and maintain security policies & Python script across Juniper Switch.
2. ClearPass AdministraƟon:
o Configure and maintain Aruba ClearPass for network access control (NAC) and policy
enforcement.
o Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and device authentication policies for wired
and wireless environments.
o Implement and manage RADIUS/TACACS for authentication, authorization, and
accounting.
o Monitor and troubleshoot issues with endpoint authentication, including certificate based authentication, 802.1x, and BYODo Develop and enforce security policies for network access, guest management, and
identity services.

3. Troubleshooting & Support:
o Respond to and resolve high-level network incidents and service outages.
o Provide advanced troubleshooting support for network connectivity, access, and
performance issues.
o Collaborate with the help desk and support teams for escalated issues related to
network services.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience).
Experience:
o 3 – 5+ years of hands-on experience in network administration.
o Extensive experience managing Cisco Meraki solutions (wireless, switching, SD-WAN,
security).
o 3+ years of experience in Aruba ClearPass administration (NAC, RADIUS, 802.1x)
Certifications: (preferred)
o Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist
o Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP) or equivalent
o CCNA/CCNP or equivalent network certifications
o CompTIA Network+/Security+
Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of Cisco Meraki networking products and cloud-managed infrastructure.
Strong understanding of Aruba ClearPass, RADIUS, TACACS, and network access control (NAC).
Experience with network protocols, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, and security best pracƟces.
Excellent troubleshooƟng skills, parƟcularly in Meraki and ClearPass environments
